On July 10, 2020, a group of us formed the #FreeVernonNow collective to fight for Vernon's physical freedom from the oppressive prison system. We are a group of educators, healers, health care workers, artists, community organizers, techies who are committed to learning, organizing and fighting to end mass incarceration, starting with our loving friend Vernon Evans.
